The Republic of Vanuatu, located in the South Pacific to the North East of Brisbane, Australia, is often described as a paradise.
It has been nominated “Happiest Country in the World” by the New Economics Foundation of Britain in its Happy Planet Index in 2006, 2010, 2013 and 2014.
Vanuatu passport holders have visa-free or visa-on-arrival privileges to 128 countries around the world including UK and EU countries.

Pan Oceanic Ltd is a Vanuatu company that has been appointed by the Vanuatu Government as a Designated Agent for the promotion of Vanuatu’s Development Support Program (“DSP”).
As a designated agent, Pan Oceanic is authorised to market the DSP benefits to qualified applicants directly and through its duly appointed sub-agents.
Development Support Program
Vanuatu’s Development support Program {“DSP”) is a Citizenship by Investment Programme under which qualified applicants can be granted citizenship in Vanuatu in exchange for a donation to the Vanuatu Government. Details of the benefits, costs and terms of the programme are set out in this website.
The citizenship granted is not “economic citizenship” or any other separate or special class of citizenship. It is full ordinary citizenship just like any other citizen. However, there are certain restrictions on citizens who hold dual nationality which are explained later on this site.
